Quality - Customer Service
Quality provides a dedicated customer service representative to each account. Our timely service and prompt processing of tracking and shipment information provides the customer
online access to assist their own customers with shipment information.
If there are any questions or issues with orders or deliveries,
our customer service representatives will be available to provide quick and accurate information. If damaged freight does occur, and is not billed to a third-party number,
we will help negotiate with the freight carrier to recover the insurance.
